Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. The processing time for orders is 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be longer.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to keep you updated on your shipment's status.

Lost or Damaged Items

Changes to Shipping Address
