Guarantee Policy for Alligator Mall

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We are confident in the quality of our products and want you to feel the same way. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

2. Quality Guarantee

All products sold by Alligator Mall are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 60 from the date of purchase. If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. Our Quality Guarantee covers:

  • Defects in materials (such as leather quality, hardware materials) and workmanship (such as stitching, construction).
  • Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse of the product are not covered under this guarantee.
