Returns

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s) for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Please note, custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective. Sale items are also considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Refund Process: To initiate a return, please email us at info@cowboybootusa.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

Exchange Window: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, you can do so within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

How to Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please send us an email at info@cowboybootusa.com with your order number and the details of the exchange. We will provide you with return instructions and information on availability.

Defective or Damaged Goods

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@cowboybootusa.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will prioritize the resolution of such cases, offering replacements or refunds as necessary.
