International Shipping: We also ship internationally. Shipping costs for international orders vary based on destination and weight of the package. International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. The processing time for orders is 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be longer.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to keep you updated on your shipment's status.

Lost or Damaged Items

CowboyBootUSA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policies

International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. CowboyBootUSA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Changes to Shipping Address

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, and we are unable to change the shipping address once an order has started the shipping process. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout.
