Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 within the continental United States. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days

Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. Please refer to the checkout page for available rates based on your order and location.

International Shipping: We also ship internationally. Shipping costs vary by destination and package weight. International orders do not qualify for free shipping. Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing time is typically 1–2 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be longer.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated and commence from the date of shipping, not the order date. Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to keep you updated on your shipment’s status.

Lost or Damaged Items

Alligator Mall is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.

International Shipping Policies

International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can delay delivery. Alligator Mall is not responsible for customs or taxes applied to your order. All related fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Changes to Shipping Address
